Entry level customer service representative. Serves as a member of our Call Center team answering phone calls from customers, assisting with questions concerning insurance payments, as well as entering submitted insurance information. Ability to type min of 30 words per minute with computer experience is required. We will train applicant on our customer EMS billing software program. Knowledge of third-party reimbursement regulations, ICD-9 coding, medical terminology, and/or background in the EMS industry preferred. Bilingual in Spanish is also desired. Starting salary is $10 - $11 depending on position and previous experience. Benefits available after 30 days employment.
